5a-c. information has been added to the site plan.
5d. Noted and revised.

6b. Information has been added to the landscape plan..
7-8. Noted. See separate engineers response.
9a-e. Information has been added or revised as requested.
9f-g. A phase line has been added to the site plan and landscape plan.
9h. Provided.
9i. All parking stalls are dimensioned' on site plan and noted in parking section of
landuse breakdown:
9j. Noted: A sidewalk cannot be added at either end of the parking lot due to the fact
that this would require a reduction of 4'parking spaces to accomodate the area required.
The .site will already undergo a reduction of 4 parking spaces to meet the landscape
requirements. A total reduction of 8 spaces would be detrimental to the site. It should
also be noted that there is an existing electrical vault located at the southwest comer of
the site that would block a sidewalk along the south property line.
9k-1. See response note 2a.
9m. A note has been added to the character elevations to address proposed colors.
Should you .have any questions related to these responses or if .you require anything
further please do not hesitate to. call me. Also, please let me know once a hearing date
has been scheduled.
