The Planning and Zoning Board of the City of Fort Collins, Colorado, on Monday, October 23,
1995*, at 6:30 p.m. in the Council Chambers**, City Hall West, 300 LaPorte Avenue, will hold a
public hearing on a proposed project in your neighborhood. The proposed project is commonly
known as 422 Peterson PUD - Preliminary and Final, #37-95.
The applicant is requesting approval of an extended roof turret, above the allowable 30' height limit,
at 422 Peterson Street. The property is zoned NCM, Neighborhood Conservation Medium Density

Both the Planning and Zoning Board and the City Planning Staff consider your interest and input
in this matter, as well as your neighbor's input, an extremely important part of the City's review of
this proposal. If you are unable to attend the public hearing, written comments are welcome.
This letter has been sent as a courtesy to all property owners of record within 500 feet of the area,
plus others in the general area who may be interested based on current County Assessor's records.
