RE: Overland Ridge (Minatta Property) Neighborhood Meeting
MEETING DATE: OCTOBER 10, 1995
Thank you all very much for agreeing to meet with the neighbors regarding Overland Ridge
Preliminary P.U.D. This parcel is 30 acres, located on the south side of West Elizabeth Street, at
Rocky Road.
The meeting will be held on:
TUESDAY, OCTOBER 10, 1995
WESTMINSTER PRESBYTERIAN CHURCH
1709 WEST ELIZABETH STREET
SOUTH CLASSROOM
7:00 TO 9:00 p.m.
In addition to City Staff, the Bauder School Principal will attend. The developer, John Minatta
will attend as well as two members of the design team, Bruce Hendee, BHA Design, and Ray
Moe, traffic consultant for Ballofet and Associates.
The proposed format is to have a "forum" where each Staff/School person will give a brief (five
minutes) overview of the project from the perspective of their particular department or agency.
It is suggested that you discuss the impacts of the project on the City's/School's service
levels/infrastructure, how these impacts will be accommodated/mitigated, and what is your
department's review criteria.
After the forum presentation, we will open up a general discussion to the "panel" and direct each
question or comment to the appropriate person.
