RESPONSE TO STAFF COMMENTS REGARDING PRELIMINARY SUBMITTAL
1. Deputy CIty attorney Paul Eckman informed John Minatta and Mike
Hertzig over the phone on Friday, September 22nd that the issue of
alleys and whether they would be permitted would be up to the
discretion of the Planning and Zoning Board.

3. We are currently working with Sheri Whanhoff to accomadate
engineerings concerns about this corner and two other inside
corners on the site.

be helpful in resolving this concer
