A copy of the TIS, prior to the neighborhood meeting, would be nice to have.

After discussions with Overlook Center (OC) owners and our Attorney, Doug
Dumler I believe we are in a sound position to move ahead on the concept of
two full access points to HR II. It appears to be a fact if the city is
willing to consider two full access points (as we have been doing since the
first contact in November of 2003) rather than one with an emergency only
additional point, we should continue in that line and the vacation issue
does not ever come to the forefront. Further, the traffic impacts are shown
to be minimal (the study is available this Wednesday, the 10th) and OC
owners have some positive benefits of a public street which are laid out
for them in the Development Agreement with the city.
In addition, the OC owners and a couple of us from Phase I and II are
entering into discussions related to the purchase of OC Tract 3 from OC
owners. I expect some or all of the OC owners there at the neighborhood
meeting and have prompted David Pietenpol to speak to this issue of
private/public road at the meeting. I am believing he will report it to be
an issue we are working on. David said some of the residents to the North
are expecting it to be private as well. Not sure what great advantage that
would be except more back yard to enclose or take care of.
See you Thursday. Email back any concerns. I will have my computer with me
the next few days , returning on Wednesday to check signals with Jim Sell
Design. Do you want a copy of the Traffic Impact Study before the meeting?
