Subject: Fwd: TIS - Harmony Ridge - Filing Two
Matt - I will drop off a copy of the TIS to you as well. Ward was willing
to do a quick study to provide information to you about the Harmony and
Shields intersection. We are still in the concept stage with Phase II yet
it is important to know if we will be assessed an over sizing fee for this
intersection in addition to the fee for Harmony realignment from Seneca,
West to Taft Hill. After the neighborhood meeting tomorrow evening we
hopefully are in a position to move ahead on the submittal for review. The
engineering is yet to be completed. Our conceptual discussions with city
planning, natural resources and engineering is assisting us in the scope
and potential approval of this project. TKS JIM
