You'd really need to contact FCLW D/SFCSD on that. As it's their apparent easement, they should have
the recorded documentation or can point out the correct reception number.
I don't know if you received a response or are still looking for a contact with the. Trilby Lateral Ditch
Company. I've left a message with someone internally who may know and am awaiting a response.

The recording for 20' easement for the Fort Collins - Loveland District
across the North side, turning South on the East side cannot be found. The
old reference number on JD's plat is Reception # 87053864. This easement is
actually for a water line from Harmony, North into a street called Royal
Dr, 1/2/mile north of our project. The title person has looked twice and
she too cannot find an easement on Harmony Ridge, Filing 2 (now our
official name).
Would you have any other reference or idea about this pro ported easement?
