HomeMy WebLinkAboutHARMONY RIDGE, 2ND FILING - PDP - 49-95F - CORRESPONDENCE - BUILDING EXTERIORFrom: Steve Olt To: Jim Newcomb Date: 4/23/04 11:41 AM Subject: Re: Plan details Jim, As set forth in the requirements in Section (2) Architectural Elevations, page 3 of the City's Project Development Plan, Submittal Requirements, it states: * Architectural elevations of all buildings sufficient to convey the basic architectural intent of the proposed improvements. Elevations must indicate all building materials, roofing materials, and colors. Also, the heights of the buildings must be shown on the Building Elevations. Because of the location of your property, overlooking the Cathy Fromme Prairie Natural Area, Planning and Natural Resources will want to see the "architectural intent" of all types of buildings in the development ... apparently being single-family detached (patio homes), two-family dwelling (duplexes), and multi -family (three-plexes) buildings. Building envelopes must be shown on all of the lots for all types of residential units. Steve >>> Jim Newcomb <jnewc@verinet.com> 04/23/04 11:21AM >>> At the neighborhood meeting you mentioned the (SFA) single family attached (it was four-plex townhomes then - now we have designed three-plexes and duplexes) would need elevations and footprint. For the PDP is the following correct? * SFA (13 in total) - elevations with some detail indicating height, shape, windows and doors plus notes on the roof and exterior for one three-plex and one duplex * SFD - Patio homes (45 total) - a building envelop only Appreciate your time.
