TKS for the feedback. I will tract down the LOI
Can we talk about a code, a common sense judgement, an engineering detail
or problem about lot 14? The front of this home will be determined by the
plat to be on PVD. There is 70' of frontage on this lot to allow sufficient
parking; more than any other lot except the matching one directly across
the street which also has 70'. The home does not front on FPW nor will it
ever in 100 years. To allow some significant options for this development
(variety rather than sameness)and a garage in the living level rather then
down slope, it would be helpful to provide garage access from FPW. We can
easily insure a 20' drive after the sidewalk. Why do we need to build more
parking here rather than anywhere else on the development? Where is the
problem here? I realize this may not have been the way it is usually done -
that should not be our criteria. I need something other than you are not
comfortable with it.
