On Monday, October 18th, 2004, at 5:30 p.m. or as soon thereafter as possible, in the
City of Fort Collins City Council Chambers, 300 LaPorte Avenue, Fort Collins,
CO.", the City of Fort Collins Administrative Hearing Officer will conduct an
Administrative Hearing for a development proposal in your neighborhood. The project is
known as Harmony Ridge, Filing 2, Project Development Plan, File #49-95F.
This is a request for 45 single-family detached dwelling units and 14 single-family
attached units on 14.1 acres. The site is located north of the Cathy Fromme Natural
Area, directly south of Fromme Prairie Way (Old West Harmony Road), east of South
Taft Hill Road and west of the Harmony Ridge PUD, Phase One. The property is zoned
LMN — Low Density Mixed -Use Neighborhood.
If you have any interest or concern about this proposed project, you are encouraged to
attend this public hearing. At the hearing, you will have the opportunity to hear from the
City staff and the project applicant about the details of the project. You will also be given
the opportunity to state your views about the project.
The affected property owners list for this public hearing is derived from official records
of the Larimer County Assessor. Because of the lag time between home occupancy
and record keeping, or because of rental situations, a few affected property owners
may have been missed. Please feel free to notify your neighbor of this pending
meeting so all neighbors may have the opportunity to attend.
