The area in question (9,970.4 sq. ft.) is calculated for the entire area of Tract B, in which the existing residence is located. 7c. The existing residence will remain until such time when a design office is needed for the Nursery. The building will then be remodeled to provide both a design office and retain an area for the caretaker's residence. i.e. the design office will be on the first floor, and a walk out will be created off the back for the residence. 7d. Preliminary Revisions Dear Mike, This letter is in response to staff comments of September 15, 1995, regarding Fossil Creek Nursery P.U.D., Preliminary. The response numbers correspond to those of staff comments. Those not noted will be addressed by the project engineer. 1. Bruce Vogal with Light and Power Utility Engineering has been consulted regarding the fees, power requirements and locations. it is our understanding that fees will be assed for only developed portions of the site. 2b. The existing pedestal will be moved at the developers expense. C. noted 4a. Possible bike rack locations have been shown on the plan. C.
