Question from me if we are providing adequate elevation drawings for the
town homes due to elevation differences.
With parking in the rear of the town homes and the adjacent patio homes to
the South, the first (bottom) floor elevations in the town homes must be
almost equal for all the units (46 - 59). Fromme Praire Way looks pretty
level to the eye through that section but there is actually a significant
rise in street elevation from units 59 to 56). A couple of potential
builders and me are thinking the furthest East 3-plex (units57-59) should
have the front entry into the lower level rather than the upper level as
indicated in the drawing you have for a typical town home.
The lower level entry might fit with disability requirements as well
providing a ramp down from the very corner of unit 59. The lower level then
would be the main level with garage, utilities and disability requirements.
The upper level would still exist but probably for lofts inside and have
the same exterior architectural features as the other units.
Let me know if you need additional drawings. TKS JIM
