Dear Cathy,
Staff has been reviewing your submittal documents for the revised Ridgewood Hills - Amended
Overall Development Plan and the Shenandoah PUD - Preliminary. Enclosed are Project
Comment Sheets from the various City departments and outside reviewing agencies that I have
received to date. I have also included our Project Routing Sheet that shows you who has not yet
returned comment sheets to me (indicated with yellow highlighter):
* Engineering
* Stormwater Utility
* Transportation
* Police
* Advance Planning
* Post Office
* Thompson Schools - I have talked with Diane Reusing of the school district
recently and she said that their comments are the same as
previously stated.
* State Highway Department
It is our understanding that your intent is to keep these items on the July 22nd Planning and
Zoning Board public hearing agenda. Revisions for this hearing date are due on July 3rd. I will
be out of the office from June 25th to July 1 Oth. Any questions or concerns should be directed to
Bob Blanchard in my absence.
