The proposed project is commonly known as the Harmony Ridge P.U.D, First Replat, File #49-95E. This is a request to replat multi -family Lots 16-22 and Tract 7 into 36 individual lots and a utility, open space, drainage and access easement. The number of dwelling units will remain at 36 as previously approved. The City of Fort Collins Planning Staff considers your interest and input in this matter, as well as your neighbor's input, an extremely important part of the City's review of this proposal. If you are unable to attend the public hearing, but would like to provide input, written comments are welcome. The list of affected property owners for this public meeting is derived from official records of the Larimer County Assessor. Because of the lag time between occupancy and record keeping, or because of rental situations, a few affected property owners may have been missed. Please feel free to notify your neighbor of this pending meeting so all neighbors may have the opportunity to attend.
