wanted us to match closely the walls that were provided by Second Filing. We contacted
the City and got copies of the details of the walls that were used on Second Filing. Per
your request, we used the same materials, configurations, etc. that they used, theirs
were approved, and ours were deemed to contain insufficient information - to general.
Item 95 - We have used the detail that you provided with this round of comments. Please
note that the District does not want any bollards, and will not approve any.
Item 98 - I don't understand this comment. The depth of the aggregate was noted on the
last submittal. We will attempt to clarify.

Item 73 - A signature block has been on the plans for the last several iterations.
Item 88- 1 met with Basil to discuss this issue. We have bound the comments into a report.
Item 87 - by RJL and Les Jones. This vacation is being done by the plat
Item 91 and 104 - We have been using the Erosion Control notes specified by the
LCUASS. We have used notes sent to us by Bob Zachely. We have also made reference to
the seed mix shown on the plans.
Items 71 and 130 - by RJL
Item 105 - We have provided more detail for these walls. We would like to reiterate the
fact that these are 3' high landscape walls, per request of Natural Resources, and not
retaining walls.
I hope that this finally addresses all of the concerns and comments from City Staff. Let me
know if you have any questions regarding any of the information contained in this letter,
or in the revised utility plans.

This letter is intended to respond to Staff comments dated January 7, 2003 regarding the
Harmony Ridge PUD, First Replat, Lots 16-22 and Tract 7, PDP #49-95E
I will address items that are pertinent to Northern Engineering's construction plans and
drainage study. Other items I have listed to be resolved either by Les Jones or by RJL

Item 122 - In the letter from the Ditch Company, he mentioned 4 items, labeled as A,B,C,
and D
A - To be addressed by others. Per request of Susan Joy, the culvert is still shown
on the plans, with a note that it is shown for reference only
B - The 1' depression has been noted on the plans
C - This silt fence has been added to the plans
D - We have added the Erosion Control fabric as indicated on their sketch
