Ludwig 281 North College Avenue Fort Collins, CO 80522-0580 In reference to project "Estrin P.U.D." neighborhood meeting held October 5, 1995: The accompaning signatures object to single-family residences being converted to professional offices. Each person who has signed this letter has been given a copy of::said letter before signing same. REASONS: 1-- Professional office space is contrary to zone regulations as we understand. 2--Devaluation in marketing our existing single-family dwellings. 3-- The domino effect -(who or what is next?) 9-- Parking - four offices equal possibly eight or more vehicles (employer -employee) plus clients. LFour parking spaces at present ) Spill -over parking now is causing congestion and animosity. 5-- If zoning regulations are ignored, what will prevent present owner from converting offices into bedrooms further defacing the image of our community?
