If Light & Power's existing electric facilities are to remain within the limits of the project they must be located within 3 Contech Filterra Biofiltration System. In checking online it appears that the unit keeps the filtration contained within the storm drainage system and does not allow for infiltration into the native surrounding soil, but I'd like further information and then coordination with both Forestry and Capital Projects. Additional discussion with our Construction Inspection Manager should occur to look over options and potential requirements. At this point, I would want to understand and coordinate with Stormwater as to what offsite easements are being obtained and verification on their legal descriptions, type, and format. Wider gates will allow more efficient servicing by haulers and reduce damage to the enclosure from dumpsters impacting the narrow opening. -Adding a door -less entry to the enclosure for pedestrians will provide safer and more efficient access for residents. Note on the civil plans that there is some discrepancy between the plan sheets on whether asphalt or concrete sidewalks are proposed along the building on Willow Street.
