Proposed Development Phasing
It is anticipated that this development will all be a part of Phase 1. The full build -out of the
residential zone districts as shown in the Northfield ODP is expected to include multiple
phases.
The commercial development is anticipated to be a future phase of development. It is
feasible that this parcel could move forward at any time depending on interest by
commercial users.
Statement of proposed ownership and maintenance of public and private open
space areas
All open space, community building and park areas will be maintained by an HOA.
