September) The Ridge would be responsible for initial watering
of the berm until the grass got started.
5. Maximum Height: we have agreed that the maximum height on the
uphill side of the struetureS for the roofs of the single
family homes in Harmony Ridge will be no more than 30 feet
from the natural grade of the lot where the home is built.
We also expressed concern to you about traffic congestion
along Harmony Road. You indicated that there was a traffic study
showing that Harmony Ridge would not significantly impact the
traffic. We are not asking you to do anything further but because
a copy of this letter will be provided to the city we did wish to
express our continuing concern about the traffic congestion along
Harmony and especially at the intersection of Harmony Road and
Shields Street.
Thank you for taking the time to meet with us. We appreciate
your willingness to address these issues.
Very truly yours,
Stephen E. Howard

Dear Sirs:
Regarding our letter to Mr. Joe Vansant of Harmony Ridge (attached) which
describes the agreements between Mr. Vansant and The Ridge HOA, The Ridge
HOA would like to withdraw its request for the construction of a berm (item # 4)
along the property line dividing The Ridge and Harmony Ridge Estates properties.
We do NOT wish to change any of our other requests (items 1, 2, 3, and 5).
As the berm is part of the landscaping plan for Harmony Ridge Estates, please let
me know if we need to take any other actions in order to cancel construction of the
berm.
