RE: Harmony Ridge PUD, Phase II .
Response to the PDP Staff Review Comments
Dear Steve:
On behalf of our clients, Jim Sell Design, Inc. is requesting an extension for the Harmony Ridge
PUD Phase II revision submittal to the City of Fort Collins, for Planning and Zoning Approval
under the Land Development Guidance System.
This request is for an additional 30-day period to resubmit the revised submittal package in
response to the comments received by the City staff on July 26, 2000. Based on this request
for an extension the revised timeline for the next submittal shall be the end of day on November
22, 2000.
This request is a result of the required visual simulations of the ridgeline that were requested by
the Natural Resources Department showing the mitigation of the potential impact of housing
along the ridge adjacent to the Cathy Fromme Prairie. The design team has not been able to
proceed until these simulations were discussed and approved in draft form by the Natural
Resources Department.
Should you have any questions about this request for extension, please call me at 484.1921.
Sincerely,
JIM SELL DESIGN, Inc.

Subject: Harmony Ridge PUD, Phase II resubmittal deadline 30-day extension
Dear Mr. Furness,
The City of Fort Collins has reviewed and approved your request for a 30-day
extension to the Harmony Ridge PUD, Phase II resubmittal deadline. Therefore,
the new deadline shall be the end of the day on November 22, 2000. This will
hopefully give your design team sufficient time to complete visual simulations
required by the Natural Resources Department.
Should you have any questions or require additional information, please feel free
to give me a call at 970/221-6765.
Sincerely,
Cameron Gloss, AICP
