MARCH 1905.1981 11C99 T JUN 9 9 2001 Thank you for meeting with us earlier today to discuss the following significant revisions to the project: • elimination of Lots 42 - 46, which results in the elimination of two of the five retaining walls; • increased separation between the three remaining walls below Lots 42 - 46; • a change in grade to a 3:1 slope below the rest of the lots, which results in the elimination of one of the two retaining walls; and • narrowing of the open space between Lots 51 and 52. We agree with you that these revisions are good solutions to the planning issues, which will enable the Staff to give a positive recommendation to the Planning and Zoning Board. As soon as we have answers from Tom Shoemaker on the City's purchase of the lots, we will contact you to discuss a resubmittal and hearing schedule. Sincerely, MARCH & LILEY, P.C.
