On Thursday, July 26, 2001, at 7:00 p.m., in the conference room of the City of Fort
Collins Current Planning Department, 281 North College Avenue, Fort Collins, CO., 80524,
the City of Fort Collins Administrative Hearing Officer will conduct an Administrative
Hearing for a development proposal in your neighborhood. The project is known as the
Harmony Ridge P.U.D., Replat of Lots 20, 21, and 22 — Type I (LUC), File #49-95C.
This is a request for a replat of three multi -family lots totaling 1.15 acres. The property
is south of West Harmony Road and east of South Taft Hill Road. Zoning is LMN — Low
Density Mixed Use Neighborhood.
The affected property owners list for this public hearing is derived from official records of
the Larimer County Assessor. Because of the lag time between home occupancy and
record keeping, or because of rental situations, a few affected property owners may have
been missed. Please feel free to notify your neighbor of this pending meeting so all
neighbors may have the opportunity to attend.
