Box 580 Fort Collins, CO 80522 RE: Harmony Ridge Filing 2 Resubmittal of Final Compliance Plans Dear Steve: LANDSCAPE ARCHITECTURE PLANNING ENGINEERING GRAPHIC DESIGN On behalf of our Client, Global Holdings of Colorado LLC, we are resubmitting a package of plans and reports to document final compliance of the Harmony Ridge Filing 2 project. The attached transmittal form lists the plans and documents submitted. A response to comments letter is also attached that describes, one -by -one, how each comment was addressed. In addition to the various required project design plans, reports and documents are attached to address other means by which Land Use Code criteria are met: ❑ Signed easements to allow off -site work in Tract 7 of Harmony Ridge Phase I ❑ A brief report addressing potential conflicts between residents and wildlife ❑ A wetland mitigation report ❑ Architectural guidelines for the homes that will back up to the Cathy Fromme Prairie (Lots 1-22) ❑ A report on mineral rights ownership Comments received from the Trilby Ditch Company were received and were addressed with these resubmitted plans.
