Jim,
There is a correction that needs to be made to Sheet S-4 before it can be recorded. Doug has said that
the retaining wall qualification statement must be directly under the DESIGN STANDARDS FOR LOTS 1
THROUGH 22/Specific Architectural Standards so that there is no doubt that the retaining wall
restrictions relate to walls associated with those lots. Eric has been made aware of this.
I could possibly get the Director of Planning (Cameron's) signature on the Site Plan as soon as he is
available. Please understand, however, the plan set is not fully approved and buildable until the mylars are
recorded in Technical Services. I cannot record the Site Plan, Landscape Plan, Architectural Elevations,
and Supplemental Covenants documents until I have the subdivision plat mylars to record with them. They
also have to be signed by the Director of Planning. I do not have the plat mylars at this time.

Are these mylars acceptable now? I left the renewed S-4 at your window at
12PM yesterday. Let me know. I want to copy the signed sit plan mylars.
