The proposed project is commonly known as Jefferson Commons PUD - Final, #50-95A. The applicant is requesting final approval for 192 multi -family units (660 bedrooms) in 13 buildings on approximately 16 acres; located west of Taft Hill Road between West Elizabeth Street and Orchard Place; zoned RL, Low Density Residential. Both the Planning and Zoning Board and the City Planning Staff consider your input on this matter, as well as your neighbor's input, an extremely important element in the City's review of this proposal. If you are unable to attend the public hearing, written comments are welcome. This letter has been sent as a courtesy to all property owners of record within at least 500 feet of the area based on current County Assessor's records.
