Updated site plan reflects the requirements per the Stormwater Drainage Dept. All building dimensions remain the same from original submittal. Please Note: Front and rear elevations are the same. Both elevations propose 3' walkout balconies to break up the "wall mass". A proposed mix of exterior finish materials consist of brick, 10" lap siding, and stucco. All windows will be arched with coined brick detailing. Please refer to the December 20, 1995 December 6, 1995 site plan revie2j, addendum to those responses.
