The proposed project is commonly known as 620 South Sherwood Street - NCB Site Plan Review, #51-95. The applicant is requesting to demolish an existing single family residence and replace it with a new 2-story apartment building containing four 3-bedroom dwelling units and parking for eight vehicles. Both the Planning and Zoning Board and the City Planning Staff consider your input on this matter, as well as your neighbor's input, an extremely important element in the City's review of this proposal. If you are unable to attend the public hearing, written comments are welcome. This letter has been sent as a courtesy to all property owners of record within 500 feet of the area based on current County Assessor's records.
