THIRD P & Z BOARD HEARING - 49-95 - CORRESPONDENCE - CORRESPONDENCE-HEARINGNo Text City of Fort Collins Dear Resident: Community Planning and Environmental cervices Current Planning September 13, 1996 The Planning and Zoning Board of the City of Fort Collins, Colorado, on Monday, September 23, 1996•, at 6:30 p.m. in the Council Chambers**, City Hall West, 300 LaPorte Avenue, is planning to hold a public hearing on two proposed project in your neighborhood. The proposed project are commonly known as Harmony Ridge - Overall Development Plan, 949-95, and Harmony Ridge PUD, #49-94A, Phase One - Preliminary. The applicant is requesting an overall development plan to include a total of 252 single family and multi family dwelling units, and potential public open space/ natural area on 186.9 acres; located at the southeast corner of West Harmony Road and South Taft Hill Road, bordered by the Overlook at Woodridge and Arapahoe Farm Townhomes to the north, the Ridge on the east, and the Cathy Fromme Prairie to the south and west. The property is zoned RLP - Low Density Planned Residential. The Harmony Ridge PUD, Phase One is requesting 129 dwelling units (17 single family lots, 6 zero lot line units and 106 townhome units) on 31.37 acres, located near the southeast comer of west Harmony Road and South Taft Hill Road, zoned RLP, Low Density Planned Residential. Both the Planning and Zoning Board and the City Planning Staff consider your input on this matter, as well as your neighbors input, an extremely important element in the City's review of this proposal. If you are unable to attend the public hearing, written comments are welcome. This letter has been sent as a courtesy to all property owners of record within 500 feet of the area based on current County Assessor's records.
