RE: HARMONY RIDGE P & Z SCHEDULING
Steve,
A couple items still seem to be holding us up from proceeding with the scheduled June 4,
98 P&Z Meeting. We will still need a little more time to establish some method of being
able to proceed with the development of Harmony Ridge beyond the 25% build out that
is now open to us as a temporary solution. A physical solution to the adviscrial position
that the city has placed us in with the neighbors to the north must be either found or a
more reasonable position must be developed by the Overlook Development Group. It
now appears at this time that both solutions to the delaying of this project may be
evolving into something which is acceptable which will enable the project to commence.
The evolution of the first solution of course having a great deal to do with the changing in
the attitude of the second solution.
It now appears, that by the next meeting date, the items talked about above will be
finalized to a degree that we will allow us to proceed at next scheduled meeting after the
June 4 meeting. Please advise me to the dates of the appropriate work cession and the
P&Z meeting times and dates.
