Box 98 Fort Collins, Colorado 80522 RE: Seneca Access across Overlook Site Dear Joe, I have not heard from you since our April 3rd meeting with Matt Baker, Mike Coley, Tricia Kroetch, Eric Fuhrman and Richard Dvorak. In that meeting we had an agreement in principle for the design of Seneca crossing our property. At the same meeting I gave you a copy of the revised agreement between Overlook and your group. As I told you, we need to have a final agreement between ourselves before we can sign -off on the Deed of Dedication for the city. While we do not want to delay your development process. we will need time to review revised agreements. To that end, please have all documents to us at least two weeks before you need to have them signed. In that way I can meet with Al Alexander and the two groups can discuss any problems that might arise in the agreements. Thank you. Sincerely.
