HomeMy WebLinkAboutHARMONY RIDGE PUD, PHASE ONE - FINAL - 49-95B - CORRESPONDENCE - REVISIONS241 ENGINEERING HAS CHECKED REQUIREMENTS ON DAMS and there was found to be no problem with these concerns, Also the dams and the Trilby Lateral relocation facilitate a solution that the Lateral has had with historic drainage problems. The relocation allows the layout of Sanitary Sewers and allows the completion of a pedestrian circular walkway loop on this part of the site. The esthetics of the area can be maintained with the implementation of a curved face on the downward side of the dams and the provision of temporary sprinkling of native grasses planted on these dams till established. 251 NATURAL RESOURCES ISSUES have been taken into consideration with erosion blocks that were agreed upon at an on site meeting Oct. 6.
