Soils Reports are not required since no public streets or public ways are being constructed. 7. Four (4) copies of the Drainage and Erosion Control Report. 8. Updated Transportation Impact Analysis is no required since the proposed square footage of the previous submittal has been reduced from 196,864 sf to 177,674 sf.
