We are submitting the following University Mall Center PUD Documents for review by your office:
1. Application Form (per previous conversation with you, this submittal can be treated as
a continuation of the previous PUD submittal and no additional fees are required).
2. Thirty (30) copies of drawings DP-1 (coversheet) and DP-2 (Site Development Plan),
3. Twenty (20) copies of drawings DP-3, DP-4 and DP-5, landscape and Plaza
Development Plan.
4. Twenty-three (23) copies of the Final Plat.
5. Six (6) copies of drawings DP-6 and DP-7 - Exterior Elevations.
6. Soils Reports are not required since no public streets or public ways are being
constructed.
7. Four (4) copies of the Drainage and Erosion Control Report.
8. Updated Transportation Impact Analysis is no required since the proposed square
footage of the previous submittal has been reduced from 196,864 sf to 177,674 sf.
The information in the existing traffic report is still pertinent and valid to the project.
9. Twelve (12) copies of Final Utility Drainage Plans.
