ELIZABETH STREET) - PDP/FDP - FDP170024 - SUBMITTAL DOCUMENTS - ROUND 2 -land planning � landscape architecture ■ urban design . entitlement TRASH MANAGEMENT PLAN Residential unit trash on the upper levels will be deposited via chutes to compactor and recycling in the garage. Residential unit and clubhouse/leasing trash on the ground level will be deposited in the compacter room located in the garage. The center retail bay will deposit trash in the compacter room located in the garage; an access door will be provided for easy access from the rear of the space into the garage. The west retail bay will deposit trash in the trash staging room, via the west alley; an access door will be provided for easy access from the west of the space to the alley. The compactor room will hold 8 bins (including empty/staging), the trash staging room will hold 4. Per the trash rep we have been working with this should be more than enough to accommodate the units and retail spaces with 2-3 pickups per week. As the bins fill up they will be moved to the staging area for easy pick up. Should more than 4 bins be full at time of pick up, they will be rolled out from the compactor room at time of pick up then immediately replaced in the room.
