The proposed project is commonly known as BMC West PUD - Final, #1-96A. The applicant is requesting 50,956 s.f. of floor area for a cabinet manufacturing and storage facility on 6.5 acres; located at the northeast corner of Prospect and Timberline Roads, zoned ip, Industrial Park with a P.U.D. condition. Both the Planning and Zoning Board and the City Planning Staff consider your input on this matter, as well as your neighbor's input, an extremely important element in the City's review of this proposal. If you are unable to attend the public hearing, written comments are welcome. This letter has been sent as a courtesy to all property owners of record within 500 feet of the area based on current County Assessor's records.
