some of the comments from Environmental Planning, Planning staff will be
looking for either a low wall or dense, evergreen plantings along the southern
most parking stalls to minimize the shine of headlights into the natural habitat
buffer zone. Alternatively, you could remove those parking stalls altogether. In
lieu of removing those parking stalls, staff will be looking for landscaping and/or
a low wall to minimize the impact of these parking spaces on the natural habitat
buffer zone.

10/02/2017: LIGHTING PLAN: The Natural Habitat Buffer Zone is incorrectly
shown and labeled on the lighting plan. Please label the northern boundary of
the buffer with a thick dashed line. Please remove the hatched area, as it is not
a distinct area - it was identified on the previous redlines as the area of
non-compliance with City standards. The hatched area also makes the
footcandle measurements illegible.
07/31/2017: LIGHTING PLAN: The Natural Habitat Buffer Zone should be more
prominently delineated and labeled on the lighting plan.

indicate changes being made to existing improvements, reference applicable
LCUASS construction details, and please include as much surrounding context
as possible including adjacent driveway accesses, driveways and roads on the
other side of Lincoln, medians/striping within Lincoln, etc.
