Mulberry Street, the City of Fort Collins Planning Department will hold a neighborhood information meeting to discuss a proposed rezoning in your neighborhood. The project is referred to as the Interstate Lands Rezoning. The property is currently zoned into the following districts: 45.2 acres C, Commercial, 122.3 acres T, Transitional; and 24.9 acres UE, Urban Estate. The proposed zoning is for: 52.3 acres C, Commercial, 97.5 acres E, Employment; 28.5 acres LMN, Low -Density Mixed -Use Neighborhood; and 14.1 acres UE, Urban Estate. Attached is a letter from Eldon Ward of Cityscape Urban Design, Inc., representing the property - owner, providing additional information. Also attached are three maps which show the Initial (1989) Zoning, the Current (Temporary) Zoning, and the Proposed Zoning of the property. This meeting will offer an opportunity to review and comment on the proposed rezoning as well as meet the property -owner in an informal setting. The list of affected property -owners for this public information meeting was derived from official records of the Larimer County Assessor. Because of the time lag between home occupancy and record keeping, or because of rental situations, a few affected property -owners may have been missed. Please feel free to notify your neighbor of this pending meeting so all neighbors may have the opportunity to attend. If you are unable to attend, written comments are welcome.
