addition. In order to provide accessible spaces near the proposed entrance, we have
restriped the parking adjacent to the addition to add 4 accessible spaces. This results in
an overall decrease in the number of parking spaces overall.
3) We have tried to clarify this information by removing the word `proposed' from all but
Radiation/Oncology Additions. We have also `clouded' the areas that are changing as a
result of the building addition.
4) We did not include a separate building envelope in the original approved PDP/FCP
plans. We have instead shown dimensions from the nearest building comer to each
property boundary. We have updated this dimensioning with the proposed
Radiation/Oncology wing.
LETA
1) We worked closely with the City of Fort Collins Engineering Department during the
original PDP/FCP process regarding classification of the internal circulation drives. The
`internal' drives are not named because they are classified as parking lot access only. The
Medical Office Building, Ambulatory Care Center and the Radiation/Oncology Addition
will be addressed from Harmony Road or Timberline Road.
Transportation Planning
1) We have provided the enhanced crosswalks as indicated on the redlined plans.
Poudre Fire Authority
1) The proposed addition will also be equipped with an automatic sprinkler system as
stated in Note 3.
Water &Wastewater
1) We have `clouded' all areas that are changed as a result of the building addition for
clarity.
We have included all redlined plans, original comments, and copies of our revised plans
per your revisions routing sheet. Please feel free to call if you have any questions regarding
the submittal, or if you need any additional information.

Resubmittal
Dear Ron,
Thank you for your comments concerning the Radiation/ Oncology Addition for the PVHS
Harmony Campus. We appreciate you meeting with us to clarify the architectural comments
and concerns. We have addressed all site planning comments as follows. For clarity, we
have also `clouded' all areas that are changing as a result of the building addition. Separate
letters concerning the utility comments and architectural comments have also been
submitted.
Current Planning Comments:
1) Since this is an amendment to the previously approved Harmony Campus drawings, we
have included all easements, setbacks and labels from the original site plans. In
addition, we have added a dimension for the 80' Harmony Corridor setback. There are
no additional setbacks proposed with the building addition.
2) Architectural comments, see letter from Boulder Associates.
3) The transformer originally located on the east side of the Medical Office Building has
been relocated further south to accommodate the Radiation/Oncology addition. The
transformer is shown on the Site and Landscape plans, and is enclosed by a screen wall
as was previously approved.
4) We have included the revised site lighting plan showing the building addition and
photometric levels. We have also included with the submittal a copy of the parking
lighting spec sheet that was approved with the original PDP. No additional parking
lights or building lights are proposed with the Radiation/Oncology Addition.
5) Noted
6) All mechanical equipment has been illustrated on the architectural elevations and
screened via a screen wall.
7) All redlined plans have been returned.
8) Transportation Planning Services have been part of the approval process for the
original PDP/FCP as well as the Major Amendment. We have added the enhanced
crosswalks to the building entrance as they have requested.

Zoning
1) Enhanced crosswalks have been added. HC ramps have been added to access HC
spaces.
2) There are no additional parking spaces that will be added with the Radiation/Oncology
design
