Dear Resident:
On Tuesday, January 6, 2004, at 4:00 p.m. (or as soon as possible thereafter), in the
City of Fort Collins Current Planning Department Conference Room, 281 North College
Avenue, Fort Collins, Co., 80524, the City of Fort Collins Administrative Hearing Officer
will conduct an Administrative hearing for a development proposal in your
neighborhood. The project is known as PVH Health System, Harmony Campus,
Infrastructure PDP, File #32-98D.
This is a request for construction of infrastructure on 95.32 acres of the PVH Health
System Harmony Campus. The property is located north of Kechter Road, directly
south of Harmony Road, east of Timberline Road, and west of Ziegler Road. Zoning is
HC — Harmony Corridor District.
The affected property owners list for this public hearing is derived from official records
of the Larimer County Assessor. Because of the lag time between home occupancy
and record keeping, or because of rental situations, a few affected property owners
may have been missed. Please feel free to notify your neighbor of this pending
meeting so all neighbors may have the opportunity to attend.
