COLLINS, CO 80525 Staff has reviewed your revised submittal for PVH HEALTH SYSTEM - HARMONY CAMPUS INFRASTRUCTURE PDP - TYPE 1, and we offer the following comments that will need to be addressed as part of your Final Plan submittal: ISSUES: Department: Current Planning Topic: Subdivison Number: 5 [1/9/04] Issue Contact: Cameron Gloss Created: 12/2/2003 Please remove "Preliminary" from the Subdivision Plat title. Administrative action on the subdivision request will be for a final version of the plat. Number: 29 Created: 1 /9/2004 [1/9/04] Snow Mesa Drive is incorrectly noted as "Timber Trail Road" on the subdivision plat. As was discussed at the 12/16 meeting the applicant, the plat will need to be revised to reflect this change.
