-Profiles of all sewer mains and water mains larger than 12-inches.
-Lengths of pipe between all fittings, thrust blocks, valves, manholes, etc.
-All appropriate water and sewer details.
-All information necessary for the construction of the proposed water and sewer
lines.

in Snow Mesa Drive and the proposed median/curb and gutter.

the subdivision request will be for a final version of the plat.

[1/9/04] Snow Mesa Drive is incorrectly noted as "Timber Trail Road" on the
subdivision plat. As was discussed at the 12/16 meeting the applicant, the plat will
need to be revised to reflect this change.
