Dear Mr. Hill:
This is in response to your March 20, 1997 letter regarding the status of the Scenic
Views PUD application..
The PUD received final approval by the Planning and Zoning Board on March 10,,1997.
On March 24, 1997, that approval was appealed by several neighbors. The City
Council meeting to hear the appeal has not yet been scheduled. The City Clerk
expects that it will be heard sometime in May.
