Specific responses include: I. SITE PLAN COMMENTS 1. The phasing of the detention pond has been changed as requested. 2-3. The phasing plan has been clarified, simplified, and shown on the full sheets as requested. 6. Due to utility services in this location, we cannot place any trees in this area. 7. Due to utility services in this location, we can only place one tree in this area. 8. We have added the requested tree. 9. We have added some shrubs in the most critical areas, between parallel sidewalks, to create some separation and privacy. Other areas will be evaluated during construction. 10. Placing the mailboxes in this location is not convenient for the mail service, and with no parking immediately in front of the box, people would park in the drive aisles and block them, although only for a minute or two. 12. As stated before, this is a utility easement, with a fairly large storm drain, therefore we cannot plant trees in this area. 13. We have defined "special paving" on the plans to be either colored concrete, pavers, or some other material different from the surrounding pavement. 14. The sidewalks along Overland and Elizabeth have been changed as requested. 15. To the best of our knowledge, there is no city ordinance requiring pathways to be 6' J�h' in width. If the city would wish to participate in the cost of the pathway, extra width
