Dear Mr. Veio:
We have reviewed..your request for Department of the Army authorization to
impact approximately 0.2 acre of wetlands for development at the Solitaire Properties,
L.L.C. The project is located in the Northwest !4 of Section 16, Township 7 North,
Range 69 West, Larimer County, Colorado.
Based on the information you provided, this office has determined that your work
within Colorado can be authorized by the Department of the Army Nationwide Permit
found at 33 CFR Part 330 Appendix A, (11)(26). Enclosed is a fact sheet which fully
describes this Nationwide Perruit and lists the General and Section 404 only conditions
which must be adhered to for this authorization to remain valid.
Although an Individual Department of the Army permit will not be required for
the project, this does not eliminate the requirement that you obtain any other applicable
federal, state, tribal, or local permits as required. Please, note that deviations from the
original Plains and specifications of your project could require additional authorization
from this office.
You are advised that this verification of the nationwide permit authorization is
valid until January 27, 1997.
