Dear Eldon:
On December 11, 1995, the Scenic Knolls mixed -use project was brought before the conceptual
review team for review and comments. After City comments were mailed, the Department of
Natural Resources visited the site. Their comments are as follows:
1. Every attempt should be made to save the mature Cottonwood trees
2. There are wetlands on the property. These wetlands should be delineated on the plans.
3. A rare plant survey will be required.
