(NOT A SHOPPING CENTER AS SENT IN THE PREVIOUS LETTER). The project is tentatively referred to as "Scenic Views" and is located at the northeast corner of Overland Trail and West Elizabeth Street. As proposed, the project consists of approximately 192 multi -family units, 26 duplex units, and 70 single family lots. This represents a total of 288 units. A 2.8 acre park is also included. The parcel is 36 acres in size. West Orchard Place would provide access to the property from the east (see map on reverse) Access points are also provided from West Elizabeth and Overland Trail. The list of affected property owners for this public information meeting is derived from official records of the Larimer County Assessor. Because of the lag time between home occupancy and record keeping, or because of rental situations, a few affected property owners may have been mussed. Please feel free to notify your neighbor of this pending meeting so all neighbors may have the opportunity to attend. If you are unable to attend this meeting, written comments are welcome.
