The proposed project is commonly known as Scenic Views PUD - Preliminary, #3-96. The applicant is requesting 226 housing units (34 duplex units (17 lots) and 192 multi- family) on approximately 21 acres; located on the northeast corner of West Elizabeth Street and Overland Trail; and zoned rp, Planned Residential. Both the Planning and Zoning Board and the City Planning Staff consider your input on this matter, as well as your neighbor's input, an extremely important element in the City's review of this proposal. If you are unable to attend the public hearing, written comments are welcome. This letter has been sent as a courtesy to all property owners of record within 500 feet of the area based on current County Assessor's records.
