RE: Sage Creek - Final Compliance — Second Round
Dear Mr. Ward:
Staff has reviewed your documentation dated PDP 5/9/00 for the Sage Creek — Final
Compliance that were routed through the City on May 9, 2000. The following lists the agencies
and departments that responded and their comments are attached:
1. Poudre Fire. Authority; Natural Resources; Traffic Operations; Transfort; Post Office; Zoning;
Mapping/Drafting; Water/Wastewater; Stormwater; Engineering; and,
2. Planning: provides the following:
a. Note 7. 2) needs to be clarified, is it expected that plan sets PDP 4/20/99 are to be
recorded? Otherwise, please remove this note since it can not be enforced.
b. Please note Zoning comments as they relate to fence placement and correcting the
landscape phasing plans.
c. Show/label building envelope for all neighborhood center/neighborhood parks buildings
indicating envelope dimensions and setbacks please include the gazebo and pavilion.
d. ' Coordinate all easements, open areas, street, sidewalk and pedestrian crossings,
infrastructure through out the development with affected departments and outside
reviewing agencies.
Additional comments will be forthcoming as they are reviewed and received from City
