HomeMy WebLinkAboutLARIMER COUNTY SHOPS - I-L SITE PLAN REVIEW - 4-96 - DECISION - HEARING OFFICER DECISIONI-P SITE PLAN REVIEW ADMINISTRATIVE HEARING LARIMER COUNTY SHOPS PLANNING DEPARTMENT PROJECT NUMBER #4-96 WHEREAS, the applicant, Larimer County, has duly followed the City procedure for the I-P (Industrial Park) Site Plan Review as outlined in Section 29-367 and Section 29-513 of the City Code and has submitted their application for an I-P Site Plan for the following described property, to wit: A tract of land being a portion of the South Half of Section 1, and the North Half of Section 12, all lying in Township 7 North, Range 69 West of the Sixth P.M., City of Fort Collins, Larimer County, State of Colorado, also known as 614 East Vine Drive. WHEREAS, the City Planning Department processed the application request in accordance with Section 29-513 including publication of legal notification in the local newspaper with daily, general circulation; and WHEREAS, the Director of Planning (or his duly authorized representative) held a public hearing on Thursday, May 2, 1996, at 1:30 p.m., in the Planning Department Conference Room, 281 North College Avenue, Fort Collins, Colorado for the purpose of reviewing the I-P Site Plan application and for the purpose of establishing a vested right under Article 68 of Title 24, C.R.S. NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS HEREBY DETERMINED BY THE PLANNING DIRECTOR (OR HIS DULY AUTHORIZED REPRESENTATIVE) OF THE CITY OF FORT COLLINS THAT: The I-P Site Plan, known as Larimer County Shops (#4-96) is hereby approved, and as grounds, therefore, the following facts are found to be true: 'A. The proposed use, auto and truck repair, is a permitted use in the Industrial Park Zone District. B. The proposed use conforms to the performance standards as outlined in Section 29-368 of the City Code. DIRECTOR OF PLANNING (OR HIS DULY AUTHORIZED REPRESENTATIVE)
