Five copies of the plat of the Larimer County Shops Minor Subdivision
Five Copies of the Site Plan for the Larimer County Shops
A check made out to the City for $2,536 for Site plan Review and Minor Subdivision
Review
I believe that we have addressed all of the comments that arose out of the review of the earlier submittals. We
have met with officials from the east Larimer county Water District and contracted with them for the installation
of a new fire hydrant to meet the requirements of the Poudre Fire Authority. We have met with a representative
from the Natural Resources department to discuss their comments. We have supplied additional materials and
obtained a flood plain use permit from the Stormwater Utility. Regarding the dedication of right of way, we have
determined that at the time of annexation, a 60 foot right of way on the south side of the property was dedicated .
The plat shows an additional 15 foot utility easement.
