Dear Resident:
On Thursday, May 2, 1996 at 1:30 p.m., in the Planning Department Conference Room*, 281 North
College Avenue, Fort Collins, Colorado, the City of Fort Collins Planning Director will hold an
administrative hearing to consider a Minor Subdivision and I-P Site Plan Review known as Larimer
County Shops, #4-96.
The applicant is requesting to construct a 5,600 square foot new building; and, a one -lot subdivision
on the entire property of 7.89 acres. The property is located on the north side of Vine Drive, east of
Linden Street, at 614 East Vine Drive.
The affected property owners for this public information meeting is derived from official records of
the Larimer County Assessor. Because of the lag time between home occupancy and record keeping,
or because of rental situations, a few affected property owners may have been missed. Please feel
free to notify your neighbor of this pending meeting so all neighbors may have the opportunity to
attend.
