There was a small discrepancy in the building area proposed on

the site plan and that used in the transportation impact study for

the PVH South Campus. This memorandum provides an addendum to the

transportation impact study.

Table 1 shows the trip generation for the PVH South Campus as

shown in the transportation impact study. Table 2 shows the new trip
N
generation for the PVH South Campus with the updated floor areas for
N
selected uses. The change in trip generation causes an increase at
full development of the site (long range future). There is a small
decrease in trip generation at the Phase One development level. I
did not update the short range analysis.
Figure 1 shows the Year 2015 Peak Hour Total Traffic with the
revised trip generation. This figure updates Figure 9 from the
transportation impact study. Table 3 shows the Year 2015 Peak Hour
Total Traffic Operation with the updated traffic forecasts.
Calculation forms are provided in Appendix A. As shown in Table 3,
the key intersections continue to operate acceptably.
